The Clario Method

From business overwhelm to practical clarity.

Our four-stage approach keeps us from building technology around the wrong problem. We understand first, reveal what is creating friction, restore a cleaner foundation, and build only what supports it.

A new tool cannot fix an unclear workflow.

Businesses often ask for a website, automation, dashboard, or system because the pain is visible there. We look beneath the request to understand the process, people, information, and decisions around it.

Stage 1

Understand

Learn how the business actually works.

We look at the people involved, customer journey, current tools, recurring tasks, records, constraints, and goals. The purpose is not to judge the current setup — it is to see the full operating picture before recommending change.

We examine:

WorkflowPeople & rolesCustomer journeyCurrent toolsRecordsConstraints

Example

A client asks for an automated follow-up system. Before building, we map where leads come from, who responds, what information is captured, and why follow-ups are being missed.

Stage 2

Reveal

Identify the bottleneck behind the symptom.

We surface repeated manual work, scattered information, unclear ownership, unnecessary steps, missing controls, and reporting gaps. This helps separate the real problem from the first solution that came to mind.

Typical gaps:

Repeated workScattered recordsNo next-action visibilityUnclear responsibilityMissing reporting

Example

The issue may not be “we need CRM software.” It may be that lead stages, ownership, follow-up rules, and the next action were never defined clearly.

Stage 3

Restore

Simplify and organize before adding more.

We clarify responsibilities, streamline the workflow, organize information, and define what the business actually needs to see or do next. Sometimes the right answer is a better SOP or structured Sheet — not a larger software build.

Possible outputs:

Process mapSOPClear stagesReporting requirementsPrioritized action plan

Example

Before automating daily price-list sending, we first establish one source of truth for product prices, who approves updates, and how customers should receive them.

Stage 4

Build

Create the tool that supports the restored workflow.

Once the business need is clear, we can build the appropriate landing page, website, Google Workspace automation, dashboard, web app, customized sales system, or internal operations platform.

What we may build:

The rule

We do not build complexity just because it is technically possible. The solution should match the business's real workflow, capacity, and priorities.

You do not need to diagnose the problem yourself.

Tell us what feels slow, messy, manual, unclear, or difficult to manage. We can start there.
