Helpful starting points
We kept this section simple so you can quickly scan the answers that matter most.
Every project is different, but the good news is that we can often recommend an approach that works within your available budget. Project costs depend on your goals, number of pages, content needs, features, integrations, timeline, and level of customization.
After a short discovery conversation, Clario will recommend the most practical option for your current stage and provide a clear quotation before any work begins.
You do not need to know the exact package yet. Tell us your goal and budget range, and we will help you identify the most practical starting point.
Clario offers guided service options, but the final scope and quotation are confirmed after we understand what the website needs to accomplish. This helps avoid paying for features you do not need or receiving a solution that is too limited.
A focused landing page may take around one to three weeks, while a business website or customized system may require more time. The timeline depends on scope, content readiness, feedback speed, integrations, and testing requirements.
The number of revision rounds will be stated clearly in the proposal. Feedback is grouped by milestone so the project remains organized. New directions or requests outside the approved scope may require a separate quotation.
You will provide the core business information, approved photos, logo, product or service details, and any required legal information. Clario can help organize, polish, and structure the content depending on the agreed scope.
Domain registration, hosting, paid plugins, premium tools, and third-party subscriptions are discussed separately unless they are specifically included in the proposal. Clario can guide you through the right setup and deployment process.
Yes. Clario can study your current process and recommend a practical system for sales, inventory, approvals, reporting, customer records, or other operational needs. A customized system requires a deeper discovery and scope-definition stage.
No website or landing page can honestly guarantee sales. Clario focuses on creating a clearer customer journey, stronger presentation, better calls to action, and a more professional online experience. Results also depend on your offer, traffic, pricing, market, follow-up, and overall sales process.
Portfolio permission is discussed in the agreement. Confidential information, private records, and sensitive business data will not be published without approval. Demo presentations may use masked, simplified, or recreated information.
The agreed handover, basic training, bug-fixing period, and support coverage will be stated in the proposal. New features, ongoing maintenance, or content updates may be handled through a separate support arrangement.
It is a clarity-first way of improving a business before jumping straight to software. Clario looks at the workflow, responsibilities, information, customer journey, and bottlenecks first, then recommends the most practical next step — which may be a process change, SOP, dashboard, website, automation, or custom system.
No. You can start by describing what feels slow, manual, scattered, unclear, or difficult to manage. The Clarity Assessment is designed to help identify the right next step before you commit to a specific build.
Clario-built sales and operations systems are customized operational tools. They are not represented as BIR-accredited POS systems unless the applicable requirements are completed with an appropriately accredited provider and formally confirmed for the project.
No. Clario can organize workflows, records, dashboards, and system requirements, but specialist accounting, tax, legal, privacy, or cybersecurity advice should come from the appropriate qualified professional when the project requires it.
Clario may use AI-assisted tools for research, drafting, testing, workflow support, and selected system features. AI is treated as a tool rather than a guarantee of accuracy. Business-critical outputs still need appropriate review, testing, and human judgment.
Project access and information should be limited to what is necessary for the agreed work. Portfolio demonstrations may use masked, simplified, or recreated data. Specific privacy, access, retention, and third-party requirements are confirmed during project scoping when needed.
